I lost my mom to ALS two years ago and out of advice of a grief counselor took  an eight-month grief sabbatical, taking writing classes, cooking classes, playing the piano, being outside in the mountains, volunteering, and working in sales in the wine industry. As I made new connections through wine, I started officially freelancing offering public relations support as needed to different businesses such as social media strategies, press releases, creation of influencer events, booking and staffing trade show meetings, and new business proposals. I am currently working for Earth Friendly Products focused on media relations, trade shows and any writing projects that arise. I attended Natural Products Expo West this year and learned so much about a rapidly growing industry of health and wellness.

I’m a native Californian but have spent most of my life in Colorado and the Adirondacks of Upstate, New York. I’m a runner, skier, foodie, traveler, entertainer, wine enthusiast, fashionista, social butterfly and night owl. I love to cook, play with my mini-schnauzer Daisy, spend time with my family and friends, write and I live to be outside. I am currently working on my first Fantasy Romance novel and enjoy being part of the writing community and trail running community. Following a horrible fall on a trail in Evergreen last year, I am healthy and back to training for Leadville and Pikes Peak. I love a good challenge and I have endless curiosity when it comes to life and learning. I read everything I can get my hands on.
